The system cooling capacity was degraded between 23 and 45%, with an average degradation of 32%. The cooling capacity degradation was confirmed by analyzing zone temperature and system runtime data. The rooftop unit at this site was not maintaining comfort conditions at all times. The system EER degraded between about 10 and 40%, with an average of 21%.
