We should pick p<strong>at</strong>terns which can provide resources. Organiz<strong>at</strong>ional units must<br />
be coordin<strong>at</strong>ed and should move so th<strong>at</strong> supports the p<strong>at</strong>tern.<br />
Complex organiz<strong>at</strong>ions like military, oper<strong>at</strong>ive and war str<strong>at</strong>egies should have<br />
str<strong>at</strong>egies of this own which are rel<strong>at</strong>ed to each other and en force one another each of<br />
these str<strong>at</strong>egies should be complete and <strong>at</strong> the same time rel<strong>at</strong>ed to other str<strong>at</strong>egies. The<br />
important point is th<strong>at</strong> we should have a system<strong>at</strong>ic tool to examine each secondary<br />
str<strong>at</strong>egy and making sure th<strong>at</strong> it is responsive to elements of str<strong>at</strong>egy.<br />
Existing standards make a frame work for str<strong>at</strong>egy but in most cases we can see<br />
th<strong>at</strong> formal str<strong>at</strong>egies are not str<strong>at</strong>egy.<br />
Because they ignore the essential rules of str<strong>at</strong>egies and they are just a bunch of<br />
philosophical thought without dependency, flexibility movement and so on. Each<br />
str<strong>at</strong>egy should be analyzed against proper standards.<br />
1-2-11. The cause of selection of the subject and the importance of it<br />
If all industrial institutes follow the competitive rules, they could select different<br />
found<strong>at</strong>ions for moving forward. Although all the competitive str<strong>at</strong>egies are not<br />
successful but there are way for ideal oper<strong>at</strong>ion.<br />
Some of the concepts of str<strong>at</strong>egy are on the basis of one way to a better<br />
competition. But many of these concepts are not successful. For institutes they persuade<br />
other institutes to the same competition and its result is unfavorable.<br />
Some of the concepts for a better competition are as follows:<br />
- Industrial course means to determine limits of an industrial course, recognizing<br />
its rule and determining competitors.<br />
- Determining possible competitive movements.<br />
- Selecting one of the common str<strong>at</strong>egies successful rely on the competitive oper<strong>at</strong>ion.<br />
In a competitive industry we should see competition inside the commercial<br />
system. It is like chess, in which we don't ask how I can win, but we ask how I should<br />
move each element.<br />
Computer companies should consider competition on the basis of planning,<br />
distribution and services and assembling, not just consider to the personal computers.<br />
Internal logic of the system should also be considered th<strong>at</strong> means all the activities<br />
of this system should coordin<strong>at</strong>e to produce a product competitors are not just these who<br />
