Recognizing str<strong>at</strong>egic groups<br />
The subject of competition can be recognized by the oper<strong>at</strong>ion of the group. This<br />
provides two points first by looking <strong>at</strong> confront<strong>at</strong>ion of competitors and how to get<br />
superiority, we can get a correct understanding of the system and also by recognizing<br />
competitor's point of view, we can recognize competitors.<br />
Analyzing superiority of competition is an unrepe<strong>at</strong>able part of str<strong>at</strong>egic<br />
management. This can be done by a successive process including theories about<br />
possible theories and examining these theories in competitive situ<strong>at</strong>ions and evalu<strong>at</strong>ing<br />
them. This successive process is a basis on which each oper<strong>at</strong>ion can lead to superiority<br />
