Note: The variables [SpotfirePort], [MCPort], and [ControllerPort] are set by
selections made in the Spotfire Server installer. The variables [ServerHostname]-srv
and [ServerHostname]-adm are automatically set by the installer by adding the strings
“-srv” and “-adm” to the server’s hostname. Also note that these variables must not
have any characters that could potentially need “escaping”, such as “.” (for instance
spotfireserver1.company.com).
