The staff report was given by Administrative Services Director Pimentel.

City Council/Agency Members Questions
Administrative Services Director Pimentel answered questions from
Agency/Council Members.
Administrative Services Director Pimentel at the request of Member Bilicich said
he would research the annual cost of overtime paid to administrative staff and get
that information to her.

City Council/Agency Members Discussion
Administrative Services Director Pimentel, at the request of Member Bilicich, said
he would inform the Council of any suggestions or comments that are received
from the public regarding the budget deficit.
Member Martinez suggested private patrols be contracted for special events. He
asked that bilingual pay be reviewed.
Member Bilicich asked to be provided with a proposal from the Fire and Police
Departments on how to reduce overtime cost.
Member Martinez left at 10:23 p.m.
