A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF WATSONVILLE APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF WATSONVILLE AND
REX HALVERSON & ASSOCIATES, LLC., A LIMITED LIABILITY
COMPANY, TO ASSIST CITY STAFF IN PREPARING AN APPLICATION
TO THE STATE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT FOR RENEWAL OF THE WATSONVILLE ENTERPRISE
ZONE, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $85,000, AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAME
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
WATSONVILLE, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Watsonville and Rex Halverson & Associates, LLC., a limited liability company, to assist
City staff in preparing an application to the State Housing and Community Development
Department for renewal of the Watsonville Enterprise Zone, in an amount not to exceed
$85,000, a copy of which Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference, is fair and equitable and is hereby ratified and approved.
2. That the Executive Director be and is hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency.
