amount actually spent for the costs of production, improvement, or preservation of that
housing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF WATSONVILLE, CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
That pursuant to Subdivision (d) of CRL Section 33334.3, the
Agency hereby finds and determines that the use of money from the Low and Moderate
Income Housing Fund to pay for planning and administrative expenses is necessary for
the production, improvement, or preservation of low- and moderate-income housing.
Section 2.
That pursuant to Subdivision (e) of CRL Section 33334.3, the
Agency hereby authorizes the use of Low and Moderate Income Housing Funds to pay
those planning and administrative costs incurred by the Agency which are directly related
to programs and activities authorized by the Agency as provided in CRL Section
33334.2(e).
Section 3.
That the findings and determinations set forth herein shall be
deemed final and conclusive.
Section 4.
That the Secretary shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution
and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner required by law.
