Guy Spencer Houston Co-Managing Partner Finance and Fund Management Mr. Spencer obtained both his B.S. in Business Administration and an MBA from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, CA. Mr. Spencer has over thirty years of practical experience in sales, leasing, construction, financing, entitlement and permitting of real property, government affairs and operating a business enterprise. In the past years, Mr. Spencer has served as a member of the California State Legislature, Vice-Chair of the Transportation Committee and was directly involved with issues relating to roads, transit and rail. For seven years, Mr. Spencer was selected to be the Mayor of the City of Dublin, CA and throughout those years Mr. Spencer gained extensive experiences in local government and working with county, city, special districts and community organizations. In addition, Mr. Spencer also has experience in print, radio and television media as part of public relations and constituent outreach. Gil Keinan Co-Managing Partner Finance and Fund Management, Acquisitions Mr. Keinan completed his undergraduate education in Germany and United Kingdom, and pursued Master Certification in hotel management from S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management of University of Cornell as well as an Executive MBA with focus in finance and strategic management from University of San Francisco. Mr. Keinan started off his career in the hotel industry and he has been a results-focused, dedicated manager in leading luxury hotel groups for over eleven years. His progressive international leadership experience is irreplaceable. Mr. Keinan is also a founder and CEO of Iswipe Co., a financial services company in San Francisco. In Iswipe Co., Mr. Keinan performs core leadership role in start-up operation, securing capital investors and developed long-term marketing strategy to drive new business development. Clarabelle Pong Co-Managing Partner Architectural Development Assistant ; Operations & Administration Ms. Pong spent her early life in Hong Kong, and received B.A. with focus in architecture and sustainable design from the University of California, Berkeley. Ms. Pong has been working at different San Francisco based architectural, design and construction firms since graduated. Ms. Pong has become LEED Green Associate from USGBC in December 2010.
