This is why Allah said here,
‏...لاَ‏ تُحَر ِّمُواْ‏ طَي ِّبَاتِ‏ مَا أَحَل َّ اللّهُ‏ لَكُمْ‏
یُحِب ُّ الْمُعْتَدِینَ‏
وَلاَ‏ تَعْتَدُواْ‏ إِن َّ اللّهَ‏ ‏َلا
﴾ ٨٧﴿
Make not unlawful the good things which Allah
has made lawful to you, and transgress not.
Verily, Allah does not like the transgressors.
then He said,
وَآُلُواْ‏ مِم َّا رَزَقَكُمُ‏ اللّهُ‏ حَلاَلاً‏ طَي ِّبًا ...
And eat of the things which Allah has provided for you,
lawful and good,
eat of those items that are pure and lawful for
you,
and have Taqwa of Allah,
وَات َّقُواْ‏ اللّهَ‏
in all your affairs, obey Him and seek His
pleasure, all the while staying away from defiance
and disobedience of Allah,
﴾ ٨٨﴿

وَات َّقُواْ‏ اللّهَ‏ ال َّذِيَ‏ أَنتُم بِهِ‏ مُؤْمِنُونَ‏
and have Taqwa of Allah in Whom you believe.

لاَ‏ یُؤَاخِذُآُمُ‏ الل َّهُ‏ بِالل َّغْوِ‏ فِى أَیْمَنِكُمْ‏ وَلَكِن یُؤَاخِذُآُم بِمَا
عَق َّدت ُّمُ‏ الا ٌّیْمَنَ‏
5:89 Allah will not punish you for what is
unintentional in your oaths, but He will punish you
for your deliberate oaths;
