LoadModelParameters only loads ModelParameters records from library files; it does not
store the model parameter sets in the database.
To store a loaded model parameter set in the database, you must use Circuit and
ExpandSubcircuits.

3.3.8 RemoveSubcircuit
RemoveSubcircuit[name, selector]
removes the subcircuit definition name/selector from the
global database
RemoveSubcircuit[All]
Command structure of RemoveSubcircuit.
clears the global subcircuit database
RemoveSubcircuit allows you to remove individual subcircuit definitions from the global subcircuit
database or to clear the database completely. RemoveSubcircuit returns the list of the names and
selectors of the remaining subcircuit definitions.
