Process related model parameters.<br />

The DC related model parameters GAMMA, KP, PHI, and VTO are computed from process parameters in<br />

case of given process parameters. Note that these values can always be overwritten by user-defined<br />

parameter values.<br />

GAMMA is computed using NSUB, if the latter is set explicitely.<br />

KP is computed using UO, if the latter is set explicitely.<br />

PHI is computed using NSUB, if the latter is set explicitely.<br />

VTO is computed using NSS and TPG, if these are set explicitely.
