No explosive oil shall be used or taken into bituminouscoal mines for liohting- purposes and oil shall not be stored or takeninto the mines in quantities exceeding fiv(^ gallons. The oiling orgreasing of cars inside of the mines isstrictly forbidden unless theplace where sard oil or grease is used is thoroughly cleaned atleast once every day to prevent the accumulation of waste oil orgrease on the roads or in the drains at that point. Not more thanone barrel of lubricating oil shall be permitted in the mine at any onetime. Only a pure animal or pure cotton-seed oil or oils that shall beas free from smoke as pure animal or pure cotton-seed oil shall beused for illuminating i)urposes in any bituminous mine. Any personfound knowingly using explosive or impure oil contrary to this sectionshall be prosecuted as provided for in section two of articletw'ent3'-one of this act," be and the same isus follows:hereby amended to readSection 4.
