Immediatelyafter the coroner's inquest, Mine Foreman James Broderick, FireBoss Henry Farrer and Superintendent John Simpson were arrestedand taken before a justice of the peace, when Superintendent Simpsongave bail in |0U0, Mine Foreman James Broderick |90U, and FireBossi Henry Farrer |30(), for their appearance at court.
