Abbott, Dunmore; Wm. Bainbridge, Rendham; StephenJohn, Rendham; Jas. G. McMillan, IMttston; Jesse Palmer,Scranton; F. ('. Abbott, Dunmore; Wm. Bainbridge, Rendham; SolomonCrow, Dunmore.Note.—Mr. C. E. Robertson also passed a successful examination.He was not recommended to receive a certificate because he lackedthe necessary five years' experience as required by law.The following were recommended to receive assistantforeman'scertilicates; Fred.
