A racing company that appeals to private individuals (andalso especially to children & families) symbolizing success in sports must not be sponsored by abusiness that conflicts with the ideal of a clean sports games. In particular arms industry totallyconflicts with the ideals of sports.In addition, exclusivity is a sensitive issue which relates to higher risks of not being able to balancethe dependence. Actually, one should expect that there a company rules existing that define how to dealwith this topic.Thus, my view is that Gianluca needs to deal with Goodbridge. Furthermore, to close the gap insponsoring income, further sponsors need to be acquired. We also need to consider that former sponsor changes itsfocus to other sport, probably because the return on racing cars is no longer attractive enough.Furthermore, we do not any concrete prove against Bauer and it is not clear what is the real losses ifa contract is signed with Bauer.
