Nevertheless, with Bauer as sponsor we take a reputation risk, that can really have adamaging effect on our image and moreover in the future we could difficult find other sponsor.The passion of GoodBridge for the sport can provide opportunities for a sustaining relationship.I suggest to negotiate with them by introducing competition and to discuss what can be developed totheir customers (VIP packages+) if they invest more.In parallel we have to try to include other (smaller) sponsor to make the bridge with the requiredbudget.(no exclusivity)We can invite potential new sponsor(s) to the next race and provide them a very positive “sponsorexperience” in order to incentive them.Finally, whatever the result of the taken actions before, considering the current financial situationwe have to look at cost savings to consolidate our position and to avoid an excessive dependence onsponsor.Kind regards,Bénédicte LefèvreSales Manager Retail & SME… in line with Henrik, who perceives Sir Ralph as the better partner to deal with…De : Henrik Vittrup Pedersen [mailto:HVP@FLSMIDTH.COM]Envoyé : mercredi 12 juin 2013 21:43Hello Team this is a voice from Copenhagen,I also support the choice of Goodbridge.My reasoning is based on: I believe it is simpler choice that is easier to explain, there seem some complex things goingon with Bauer, a more risky choice I like the passion part demonstrated by Goodbridge Goodbridge is more aligned with Eagle Racing, whereas Bauer seems a demanding fellow,with his own set of agendas Goodbridge is not demanding exclusivity, so Eagle should immediately seek more sponsoropportunities, in the end a better set of sponsor may be chosen I recommend that Eagle stick to sound principles for selection of sponsors, so they canconcentrate on creating results in what they are good at.Best regardsLooking forward to see u all.Henrik Vittrup PedersenAAA/INSEAD/062013 - 64

He just said that he loves racing, after 3 hours of meeting, discussingabout all except racing... Potentially, this guy could switch of passion without evident reason,like the former main sponsor did, even if Eagle racing sport results were good.With Bauer, the situation looks clear. It is only for business, no passion. We know what theywant, they want to use this sponsoring to develop their business with their VP customers.
