I will leave myintuitive opinion deliberately opened (see comment in the table).Process wise, I find the new table efficient to gather all arguments and view points (as illustrated bythe video “ash conformity test” it will help us keeping independent opinions).Decision (for the 21/06) will probably not be the last but only one in the process: i.e. negotiate (inpriority) with X, to reach objective a,b,c AND (until signature) keep opened possibilities with sponsorY with objective to improve points a,b,c. If we do not receive “new constraints” applying to ourdecision case (i.e. elements of clarification from Albert), we could build our reasoning and consensusby taking assumptions (on which Albert might react).
