Bank Guarantee shall be executed on non- judicial stamp paper of applicable valuepurchased in the name of the bank.2. Two persons should sign as witnesses mentioning their full name, designation, addressand office seal (if any).3. The Executor (Bank Authorities) may mention the power of attorney No. and date ofexecution in his/ her favour authorizing him/ her to sign the document. The Power ofAttorney to be witnessed by two persons mentioning their full name and address.4. The Bank Guarantee should be executed by a Nationalised Bank/ Scheduled CommercialBank only.5. Non – Judicial stamp paper shall be used within 6 months from the date of Purchase of thesame. Bank Guarantee executed on the non-judicial stamp paper after 6 (six) months ofthe purchase of such stamp paper shall be treated as non-valid.6. The contents of Bank Guarantee shall be strictly as per format prescribed by RISL7. Each page of Bank Guarantee shall bear signature and seal of the Bank and B.G. number.8. All corrections, deletions etc. in the Bank Guarantee should be authenticated by signatureof Bank Officials signing the Bank Guarantee.9. Bank should separately send through registered post/courier a certified copy of BankGuarantee, mentioning Bid reference, Bid title and bidder name, directly to the Purchaserat the following address:Seal & Signature of the Auth.
