It should support point to point and multiparty videocalls upto 720p HD or higher resolution at 30fps ormore fps.3. Separate VC soft client may be provided fordifferent OS platforms4. The centralized server should host and allowdownload of 2000 VC soft client of any combinationof OS platform. The server should support up todownload of 5000 VC soft clients without any extracost except VC soft client charges, if any.5. The re-installation of VC soft client on samemachine should not be treated as fresh download6. VC soft client software should support third partyvideo capture cards for connecting SD and HD PTZCamera.7. Regular updates, upgrades and patches of VC softclient should be made available on central serverfor downloading.8. It should provide user friendly instant messenger(e.g. Yahoo, GTalk, MSN etc) like interface for pointto point and multipoint conference.
