Licenses should be compatible on devices(desktop, Laptop, Smartphones, Ipad) running onWindows XP, Vista and Windows 7, Windows 8,Windows mobile, Android and Ipad platforms.2. It should have 400 concurrent licenses for activedesktop users/ Laptop/ Ipad/ Smartphone/ Internetusers in point to point and multiparty video callsupto 720p HD or higher resolution at 30fps or morefps.3. The licenses should be hosted and authenticatedfrom central repository (server) at SHQ4. The licenses should authenticate users acrossvarious network simultaneously like RajSWAN,NIC, SecLAN etc including public domain internetusers.5. The solution should be up-gradable in multiples ofminimum 5 or 10 licenses as per requirement.6. All licenses provided should be interoperable forintranet VC calls and internet VC calls.
