<strong>RISL</strong>: <strong>RFP</strong> FOR SETTING UP OF VIDEO CONFERENCE SOLUTION IN RAJASTHAN (BEFORE PRE-BID)23-Aug-13reports related to IT infrastructure directly from the call center vendor for the purpose <strong>of</strong>payments.The helpdesk support (Call Centre) will also provide telephonic support to VC users. Itshall be the responsibility <strong>of</strong> the bidder to train the call center personnel in the operations<strong>of</strong> the VC solution so that they are able to provide telephonic support and facilitation tothe users effectively.d) Others1) For successful commissioning <strong>of</strong> the project, the bidder, from the date <strong>of</strong> work order,shall deploy and designate one resource at SHQ as VC Solution Manager who willbe the single point <strong>of</strong> contact (SPOC) for <strong>RISL</strong>/ DoIT&C throughout this project.<strong>Bid</strong>der shall provide the contact numbers, e-mail id and other relevant details <strong>of</strong> theSPOC to <strong>RISL</strong>/ DoIT&C.2) Apart from the SPOC, the <strong>Bid</strong>der shall depute minimum two qualified VC serviceengineers on-site at SHQ for providing various services. The VC Engineers shouldbe equipped with computers/laptops and mobile phones/telephones at the cost <strong>of</strong>the bidder. <strong>RISL</strong> shall provide space and furniture for seating the Engineers.3) The VC solution manager and VC service engineers should meet the qualificationcriteria as per Annexure-3.4.1.6 Project HandoverIt shall include (but not be limited to) the following:a) Submission <strong>of</strong> documents as per Sl. 4.1.4 <strong>of</strong> <strong>RFP</strong> or defined elsewhere in <strong>RFP</strong>,b) Handover <strong>of</strong> inventory deployed to DoIT&C/<strong>RISL</strong>/Authorized representative oragency.4.2. Major Roles & Responsibilities <strong>of</strong> <strong>RISL</strong>/ DoIT&CThe role <strong>of</strong> <strong>RISL</strong>/ DoIT&C in the successful implementation <strong>of</strong> the solution includesdischarging the following responsibilities:a) Review and approve the implementation plan and other reports as submitted by theselected bidder,b) To coordinate with other government departments and agencies,c) Help in co-ordination with the RSDC Operator and other stakeholders <strong>of</strong> the project,d) Provide requisite infrastructure required for implementation <strong>of</strong> video conferencesolution at project location,e) To conduct review meetings at defined regular intervals to monitor the overallprogress <strong>of</strong> the project,Seal & Signature <strong>of</strong> the Auth.
