Should be able to share PPT, MS WORD, PDF,EXCEL documents, multimedia files etc. Real-timeonline viewing of shared document along with livevideo in point to point as well as multi-point calls.10. The solution should be capable to showPresentation and Multiple Videos in DualScreens as well as Combined Screen.11. System should be able to perform 128-bitEncryption of the Video Conference Meetings12. Solution should have capability to drop any enduser of an ongoing VC call.13. The solution should support minimum 16 videos insingle screen.14. The solution should have inbuilt SIP Gateway tocall SIP based devices like Video Phones, VideoConferencing equipment’s. SIP based EPABX’sshould be integrated so that audio participants canalso join in a MCU call.15. Should have the capability of polling16. The proposed solution should be integrated withexisting RajSWAN & NIC MCUs for inter MCUvideo conference calls. Any other equipment andsoftware required shall be provided with thesolution.17. The centralized server should host and allowdownload of 2000 VC soft client, expandable up to5000 downloads without any extra cost, except VCsoft client charges, if any.18. The re-installation of VC soft client on samemachine (may be identified with MAC ID) shouldnot be treated as fresh download19. Registration, authentication and authorization of5,000 users for downloading VC soft client andusage of VC services. LDAP server with activedirectory should be provided. Should havecapability to import users from the LDAP activedirectory.20. It should have Web based access for administratorto create and manage user accounts21. Registered users should have their own meetingroom where they can invite (dial in and dial out)multiple users for on-demand multi-pointconferences.22. Users should have facility to manage their ownmeeting rooms by defining Password/PIN number,muting/ unmuting audio/video and disconnectingvarious participants.23. It should show real time status (presence) of userspreferably in instant messaging interface24. It should support virtual separation of multipleclosed user groups (CUGs) who are sharing thesame centralized servers.25. It should be able to connect minimum 50 H.323 /SIP based video conferencing devices withresolution of 720p@30 fps for inter-operability withhardware based MCU’s and Endpoints.3. Two physical MCUs should be provided at SHQ.One of these units should work as standby forredundancy.4. Redundant MCU at SHQ shall also operate asstandby for all districts.5.
