RISL: RFP FOR SETTING UP OF VIDEO CONFERENCE SOLUTION IN RAJASTHAN (BEFORE PRE-BID)23-Aug-134) Plugging conduits and entrance holes wherever cabling is essential with suitablesealing material.5) Deploying the video conference solution at RSDC in consultation with theDoIT&C/RISL and adhere to all the applicable RSDC and RajSWAN policies (IPAddressing, Access Control, Security, Backup/ Restore, Internet access,Routing and Switching etc.) as applicable throughout the project period.6) Integrating the deployed video conference solution with existing videoconference setup in state by NIC and RajSWAN in consultation with the NIC andRajSWAN operator. Integration here means that VC client of this proposedsolution should be able to call any VC client of the NIC VC solution and to anyVC client of the RajSWAN VC solution and vice-versa.4.1.3 TrainingIt shall include the following:a) Preparing VC operating/training document to train users on VC operations. Thelanguage of training document shall be in Hindi or English. It is clarified that thistraining does not include training on computer operations.b) Imparting the basic on-site training to users of VC clients ie the supplied all-in-onePCs (one user per PC), for VC operations so as to make them well conversant withthe functionalities, features and processes of Video Conference at respective projectlocations.c) Providing a hardcopy of VC training document to each user.4.1.4 User Acceptance Testing (UAT)The primary goal of Acceptance Testing is to ensure that the Project (including all theproject components as discussed in the scope of work) meets requirements, standards,specifications and performance, by ensuring that the following are associated with clear,quantifiable metrics for accountability:‣ Infrastructure Compliance Review to verify the conformity of the Infrastructure(both IT, non IT ) supplied by the selected Bidder against the requirementsand specifications provided in the RFP and/or as proposed in the proposalsubmitted by the selected Bidder‣ Performance‣ Project DocumentationSeal & Signature of the Auth. RISL: RFP FOR SETTING UP OF VIDEO CONFERENCE SOLUTION IN RAJASTHAN (BEFORE PRE-BID)23-Aug-13UAT shall include (but not be limited to) the following:a) Demonstration (but not be limited to) of the following by the bidder:1) Successful video conference at SHQa) It should have at least one user from each block (wherever All-in-onePC is supplied) of the Jaipur district, one user from the SecLAN andthree user’s from other three districts.b) One VC at SHQ involving three internet user (one each laptop, Ipadand Smartphone), one user from other district and two users fromSHQ.c) Recording & Streaming functionality from SHQ2) One-to-one VC call from SHQ to each DHQa) Successful video conference district-wise having at least one userfrom each block (wherever All-in-one PC is supplied) of the district,one user from the same district HQ and one user from any otherdistrict.3) Successful VC between deployed solution and RajSWAN & NIC MCU so asto establish the integration with existing legacy VC solution.4) Any other features/ functionalities as desired by RISL.5) Complete functionalities of the installed system to the custodian / RISL/DoIT&C/ Authorized person and obtain installation and commissioningcertificate (Sign-Off) and demonstration report for all the project locationsfrom the nodal/designated officer.b) Rectifying the Hardware, Software and deployed solution issues/ bugs reported, ifany, during the testing. The selected bidder shall make the required changes to theapplication/solution deployed at no extra cost.c) Supply of following documents:1) Detailed implementation plan including the following:a) Delivery and installation Schedule (location-wise)b) Equipment Layout at SHQ.2) Details of inventory including hardware and software location-wise along withserial number, product ID, licenses, part code etc3) Installation & commissioning certificates of all equipment’s/software supplied.4) Compliance certificate’s for specifications of hardware and software supplied.Seal & Signature of the Auth.
