Sale of Bidding/ Tender Documenta) The sale of bidding documents shall be commenced from the date as mentioned inNotice Inviting Bids (NIB). The complete bidding document shall also be placed onthe State Public Procurement Portal, e-Procurement portal and RISL/DoIT&Cwebsite. The prospective bidders shall be permitted to download the biddingdocument from the websites and pay its price as mentioned in NIB to the procuringentity.b) The bidding documents shall be made available to any prospective bidder who paysthe price as specified in NIB.c) Bidding documents purchased by Principal of any concern may be used by itsauthorised sole selling agents/ marketing agents/ distributors/ sub-distributors andauthorised dealers or vice versa.5.2. Pre-bid Meeting/ Clarificationsa) A pre-bid conference is also scheduled by the procuring entity as per the detailsmentioned in the NIB and to clarify doubts of potential bidders in respect of theprocurement and the records of such conference shall be published on therespective websites.b) Prospective bidders/ firms, who have deposited the prescribed tender fee to theRISL as specified in NIB, are allowed to attend the pre-bid conference/ meeting andsubmit their pre-bid queries only in the specified format (Annexure-4) and schedule.c) The period within which the bidders may seek clarifications under (b) above and theperiod within which the procuring entity shall respond to such requests forclarifications shall be as under: -a. Last date of submitting clarifications requests by the bidder: As per NIBb. Response to clarifications by procuring entity: As specified in NIBd) The minutes and response, if any, shall be provided promptly to all bidders to whichthe procuring entity provided the bidding documents, so as to enable those biddersto take minutes into account in preparing their bids, and shall be published on therespective websites.Seal & Signature of the Auth.
