RISL: RFP FOR SETTING UP OF VIDEO CONFERENCE SOLUTION IN RAJASTHAN (BEFORE PRE-BID)23-Aug-132.3 RajSWAN DetailsThe proposed video conference solution is to be implemented over RajSWAN. M/sBharti Airtel Limited (Lead Bidder) in consortium with M/s. Bharti Airtel Services Limited,Jaipur and M/s Trimax IT Infrastructure & Services Limited, Mumbai (ConsortiumPartner), is RajSWAN Operator for the RajSWAN Project. BSNL, the Bandwidth ServiceProvider for RajSWAN, has provided bandwidth through fixed Wired Line(OFC/Copper). The bandwidth constitutes both MLLN and Non-MLLN circuits.The RajSWAN is implemented over tree architecture. The Vertical segment ofRajSWAN is composed of a total of 273 vertical PoPs spreading to all District (DHQs)and Blocks (BHQs). Under Vertical segment of the RajSWAN: The SHQ PoP (SDC) is linked with all the DHQ PoPs using Point to Point(PTP) 4Mbps Leased circuits and Each DHQ PoP is linked with all the respective BHQ PoPs over Point to Point(PTP) 2Mbps Leased circuits.Under Horizontal segment of RajSWAN each of the approx. 3500 GoR offices at Districtand Block Level are being linked with respective Vertical PoPs either through LeasedLine/OFC/Cat6.The RajSWAN network is also integrated with NICNET and SecLAN.Seal & Signature of the Auth.
