From 1988 to 1998 Delphine Abellard
worked in law fi rms in Washington
D.C. in the fi eld of international
economic law, then in Paris in the
M&A department of an American fi rm.
In March 1998, she joined Financière et
Industrielle Gaz et Eaux and Eurafrance,
two listed investment holding
companies that merged in 2001 to
form Eurazeo.
She is in charge of legal monitoring
for the Group companies and works
on the legal aspects of investment
transactions.
Delphine Abellard is a member of the
Bar in Paris and New York. She holds
an MBA in Finance (Virginia Polytechnic
Institute), a Master of Law degree
(Georgetown University) and a master
in business law from the University of
Paris I. She is also a graduate of the
Institut d’Études Politiques in Paris.
