We agreed, and still agree, to share power with theminority in the Soviets, provided that minority loyallyand honestly undertake to submit to the majority and carryout the programme, approved by the whole Second All-RussiaCongress of Soviets, for gradual, but firm and undeviatingsteps towards socialism.
