CHANGEMIRRORENDPOINTSThis is the source system of the mirror to break. Running the BREAKMIRROR command onthe target has no effect.The drive letter of the mirror that you want to break.This is the IP address of the target system of the mirror to break. This optional parameter maybe used if multiple targets are associated with the mirror. If not specified, the mirror will bebroken to all targets.CHANGEMIRRORENDPOINTSEMCMD CHANGEMIRRORENDPOINTS This command is used to move a <strong>DataKeeper</strong> protected volume to another network location.Note: This command supports changing the endpoints of a mirrored volume that is configured on 3nodes or fewer. If your configuration consists of more than three nodes, the mirrors must be deletedand recreated.Refer to the examples below.See "WAN Considerations" and "Initial Synchronization of Data Across the LAN/WAN" in the "Configuration”section.This is the system that has the new source IP address available <strong>for</strong> the mirror.The drive letter of the mirror to be changed.The previous IP address of the target system.The new IP address of the source system.The new IP address of the target system.Notes:• A job may contain multiple volumes and multiple mirrors. The CHANGEMIRRORENDPOINTS commandwill modify endpoints on one mirror each time it is used. For a 1x1 mirror (1 source, 1 target), onlyone command is required. For a 2x1 mirror (2 nodes with a shared volume with one target node) or a1x1x1 (1 source, two target nodes), two commands are required to change the necessary mirror endpoints.• If an existing mirror whose endpoints are being changed is currently an active mirror, it must be put intothe Paused, Broken or Resync Pending state be<strong>for</strong>e the endpoints can be changed.CAUTION: Using the Break command will cause a full resync.
