5th International Conference of Chief Justices of the WorldDraft speech ofHon’ble Mr Justice Ganbat ChimedlkhamChief Justice of Supreme Court, Mongolia[Hon’ble Chief Justice of Mongolia sent his proposed speech in advance, but could not, for unavoidable reasons, come to participatein the conference]On behalf of Mongolian Judiciary, I have attended previous Conferences and can tellremarkable growth of other nations involvement in this Theme. Therefore, I still stronglysupport your goal to set up a World Parliament and believe that such deliberations oflawyers as you intend to have at your conference could contribute considerably to theimprovement of lives of all children in the world, that is how they could enjoy peace andsuffer less deprivation and humiliation from now on.I think that Conference needs to urge rest of countries and their Justices to put moreclose attention to this internationally important issue.Hon’ble Mr Justice Ganbat Chimedlkham,Chief Justice of Supreme Court, Mongoliaaddressing the 4th ConferenceIndian National seminar document says “No other Constitution in the world has a provisionlike Article 51(c) of the Constitutions of India”, if so, other nations should have same article in their Constitution as well as.In that time, some other nations become having same article in their Constitutions, appeal for safeguarding the future ofworld’s children will sound more and more powerful than ever before. I leave this open for future discussion. As I said at last conference, Mongolia is a peace loving country. The constitution of Mongolia provides that it will adhereto universally recognized norms and principles of international laws will pursue a peaceful foreign policy and fulfill in goodfaith its obligations under international treaties.I surely believe that CMS can reach its goal which “Enforceable International Law” along with world’s two billion childrenand Justices of the World. Let’s “Do good to whole world”.Participants of one of CMS international events--92--
