(Foundation). The purpose of the Foundation is to solicit,receive, and manage charitable donations in support of the college, its programs, staff, and students. Tothat end, the Foundation is the primary fund-raising source for the college.The day-to-day operations of the college are under the authority of the President as establishedin <strong>South</strong> <strong>Florida</strong> Community Statute College (FS)1001.65 and SFCC District Board of Trustees Policy 2.06.
