SHAREHOLDER INFORMATION23. Other useful information for Shareholders:Transfer of Funds to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF):1. In terms of the provisions of Section 205A of the Companies Act, 1956, unclaimed equity dividend forthe financial year(s) upto 1994-95 has been transferred to the General Revenue Account of the CentralGovernment. Shareholders, who have so far not claimed or collected their dividend for the said financialyear(s), may claim the same form the Registrar of Companies — Gujarat Dadar and Nagar Haveli, ROCBhavan, Opp. Rural Park Society, Behind Ankur Bus Stop, Naranpura, Ahmedabad - 380 013.2. Pursuant to Section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956, unpaid/unclaimed equity dividend for thefinancial years 1995-96 to 2000-01 have been transferred by the Company to the Investor Education& Protection Fund (IEPF), constituted by the Central Government. No claim by the Shareholders shalllie against IEPF or the Company in respect of the said unpaid/unclaimed amount.3. Shareholders are advised that dividends for the financial year 2001-2002 onwards, which remainsunpaid/unclaimed over a period of 7 years, is to be statutorily transferred by the Company to IEPF.Shareholders, who have not claimed the dividend for this period, are requested to lodge their claimwith the Company, as once unclaimed dividend is transferred to IEPF, no claim by the Shareholdersshall lie in respect thereof against IEPF or the Company.4. Shareholders who have not yet encashed their dividend warrants for the year 2001-2002 to 2006-07may approach the Share Department of the Company for issue of DD in lieu of unpaid dividend.Warrants quoting reference of their Ledger Folio Number. Unclaimed dividend for the year 2001-02is due for transfer to IEPF later during the year.5. Pursuant to the provisions of above mentioned Section, the amount of dividend, which has remainedunclaimed and unpaid for a period of 7 years from the date it became due for payment, is requiredto be transferred to the Investor Education & Protection Fund (IEPF), constituted by the CentralGovernment. No claim by the Shareholders.6. Upon effectiveness of the Scheme of Amalgamation under the Companies Act, 1956, between IndoGulf Fertilisers Limited (IGFL) and the Company, all unpaid dividend amounts of the then IGFL forFY 2002-03 to FY 2004-05 have been taken over by the Company.
