In Sections Four <strong>and</strong> Five of the report we describe in some detail the developmentswhich <strong>to</strong>ok place under each of the themes. Here our interest is in which of the themes wereaddressed within the pathfinders in order <strong>to</strong> gain insights in<strong>to</strong> the possible variations inbreadth of collaborative focus. It is clear that across the pathfinders there was a consistent collaborative focus on theelements of student experience <strong>and</strong> support, with only a small minority of pathfinders notaddressing these issues.98. The focus on curriculum issues, however, was more varied. Most pathfinders focusedon developing broader curricula, work-related learning, innovative approaches <strong>to</strong> vocationallearning <strong>and</strong> progression <strong>14</strong>-<strong>19</strong>. However, over a third of pathfinders reported that they werenot addressing work-based learning or post-<strong>19</strong> progression <strong>and</strong> only a minority of pathfinderswere tackling variations in the pace of learning <strong>and</strong> enterprise learning.
