PC Customer/VehicleChoose the customer from the list of existing customers or search using specificcustomer or vehicle data.To select a customer from the list of existing customers, simply arrow downthrough the list until the desired customer is highlighted.To perform a search,Figure 3E-4: Find Customer Screen1. Enter the search criteria to the right in the box following the word “for”.3. Press enter or select the GO! button.All customers matching the criteria are displayed in the grid below. Wildcards arealso available for use in the search criteria. Selecting “Customer Last Name” andentering “b*” as search criteria returns all customers with last names beginningwith “b”. Entering “*ba*” locates all customer last names containing “ba”. If nomatches are located, a message box displays and the list is refreshed to display allexisting customers.3E-4
