The gas bench is calibrated using a specialcompositi<strong>on</strong> of gases that have been certified for c<strong>on</strong>centrati<strong>on</strong>. Calibrati<strong>on</strong>intervals may vary depending <strong>on</strong> the applicati<strong>on</strong> and use, but quarterly as part ofroutine maintenance is recommended, more frequently with heavy use.The two gases recommended for calibrati<strong>on</strong> are Bar97 Mid 2 Gas and Bar97 HighGas, compositi<strong>on</strong> as follows:Bar97 Mid 2 GasBar97 High GasPropane 1920 ppm 3200 ppmCO 4.80% 8.00%CO 2 7.20% 11.00%NO 1800 ppm 3000 ppmTo begin Gas Calibrati<strong>on</strong>,1.
