You must initiatethe auto zero calibration manually. See Zero Calibration, page 2G-9.If Auto Zero Calibration is On (the box is checked), the software interrupts the testand automatically performs the zero calibration procedure when you are in Meters,Strip Chart or Bar Graph and the gas bench requests it.— Auto Zero Calibration defaults to Off.Checking the box (On) may result in slightly more accurate readings.Perform AveragingWhen this option is On (the box is checked), the system averages the values inMeters, Strip Chart and Bar Graph.If Averaging is Off (no check in the box) the values in Meters, Strip Chart and BarGraph are not averaged and the refresh time while tuning the vehicle and viewingthe readings is faster.— Averaging defaults to On.Disable Auto Power OffWhen this option is On, the software prevents the pocket PC from automaticallyturning off due to user inactivity.✓ WARNING: When using this feature, do not leave the software runningunattended.✓ This feature is only used by the FGA software and does not affect thedefault pocket PC configuration when the software is not running.2G-16
