Where possible, we will do our best to provide you with information on theseregulations and requirements, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information.The person receiving the items must pay all Customs duties, sales taxes and other regulatorycharges. If the receiver does not pay these charges, or the item is undeliverable, you may beresponsible for paying these charges.LodgementoptionsPick up; this service is only available to <strong>New</strong> <strong>Zealand</strong> <strong>Post</strong> Account customers.Country specificrestrictions andrequirementsIndividual countries or their postal administrations may place additional restrictions on thecarriage or import of items. You are responsible for checking whether restrictions apply to youritem. Where possible, we have included information on restrictions for individual countries on ourwebsite www.nzpost.co.nz, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information.PricesThe International Bulk Mail service is based on the origin of the mail, i.e. pricing is differentiatedby lodgement area. The five areas are:AucklandWellingtonCentral - for all areas in the North Island, excluding Auckland and Wellington,e.g. Palmerston North, Napier etcChristchurchFor time-critical lodgements, the lodgement can be air freighted for an additional charge(priority lodgement)South Island – for all areas in the South Island, excluding Christchurch, e.g. Invercargill.For time critical-lodgements, the lodgement can be air freighted for an additional charge(priority lodgement).Prices are charged using 10g weight increments. The weight of a lodgement is measured by<strong>New</strong> <strong>Zealand</strong> <strong>Post</strong>. Weights are rounded up or down to the nearest 10g weight.All international components of rates quoted are GST zero-rated.Prices are subject to change under our standard terms and conditions for business customers.Return ofundeliverableitemsUndeliverable letters and parcels with a green Customs Declaration (OS008a) will be returned toyou at no additional cost.PackagingPackaging of your item is your responsibility.
