This is so that overseas postaladministrations recognise that no postage is required.Layout of International Business Reply Paid envelopesInformation on the layout requirements for International Business Reply Paidapproved format envelopes is available on our website, www.nzpost.co.nz, orby calling our Customer Service Centre on 0800 501 501We require you to have your International Business Reply Paid envelopeapproved prior to printing by faxing it to our Customer Service Centre on0800 501 702.Other conditionsInternational Business Reply Paid numbers can be used on both cards andenvelopesWhen you receive International Business Reply Paid responses, we’ll leave acard in your New Zealand Post PO Box or Private Bag and we will charge thepayment to your New Zealand Post AccountWe may cancel your International Business Reply Paid authority number atany timeYou must tell us in writing if you want to cancel your International BusinessReply Paid authority numberIf your International Business Reply Paid authority number is cancelled (eitherby us or at your request) you must inform all of your customers that they canno longer use it.
