As a guide, a satchelshould contain more than 50 (but no more than 500) International Air letters andparcels (up to 2kg), or lodgements of International Air letters and parcels totalling overNZ$100 postage (excluding GST).CustomsdocumentationLodge all items using RedClick, and make sure that a Customs Manifest isproduced.Complete a blue International Air Satchel Consignment Note (IBP009) listing all ofthe items being lodged and insert into the clear pouch on the outside of a blueInternational Air satchel.Attach a green Customs Declaration (OS008a) to each parcel.Put all your items into a blue International Air satchel.Ensure your return to sender card is inserted on top of your Consignment Note,with the International Mail Service Centre address facing out.Lodgement optionsPick up; this service is only available to <strong>New</strong> <strong>Zealand</strong> <strong>Post</strong> Account customers thathave a contract for the International Tracked Air Satchel service.Prohibited andRestricted itemsSpecial conditions apply to Prohibited and Restricted items.
