Prohibited and Restricted itemsinclude (but are not limited to) dangerous, perishable, fragile and high value items. Refer tosection 3 of this Postal Users' Guide for full details.Compensationterms andconditionsNew Zealand Post compensation only applies to items sent under the Armed Forces Concessionwhile those items are within New Zealand. For outbound items, this means between thelodgement point and the International Mail Centre in Auckland only. For inbound items, this meansbetween the International Mail Centre in Auckland and the delivery address only. The domesticpostal service compensation limits apply.For full information about our Compensation terms and conditions, refer to section 2 of this PostalUsers' Guide.
