RegisteredPost Terms and ConditionsSummary of keyfeaturesFor sending letters and documents by courier within New Zealand, with a signature ondelivery. Saturday delivery and delivery to registered Rural Delivery addresses areavailable for an additional cost (Saturday delivery is not available to rural addresses).The tracking service monitors the delivery status of your item. The delivery status isavailable at www.courierpost.co.nz or by calling 0800 268 743.Available using prepaid plastic envelopes only.Delivery to PO Boxes and Private Bags is not available.DeliveryThis is a signature required serviceDelivery of the parcel is considered complete when we collect the signature ofa person, or their authorised agent, at the delivery address.If no one is at the address when we try to deliver the parcel, or we cannot getaccess to the delivery address, we will leave a ‘Card to Call’ at the deliveryaddress (or a place we think is appropriate if we cannot get access to thedelivery address). The card will explain where the parcel can be collectedfrom. Alternatively, the recipient can contact us to arrange for re-delivery ofthe parcel.If, for any reason, the addressee has not collected the parcel or arranged redeliverywithin seven working days of us leaving a Card to Call, you agree topay us any costs we incur in the transportation and storage of the parcel.
