The last item in a bundle must be reverse faced.Within each sequenced bundle, mail items must be sequenced in accordance withthe Mail Printing section of this specification.Within each un-sequenced bundle, mail items must be sequenced in ascendingpostcode order where the postcode is known. Unsequenced items withoutpostcodes can be included but must be grouped after the postcode ordered items.No labels are required. Ensure that the Round Numbers are visible and notobscured by strapping.Bundles must be able to be carried with one hand without the contents becomingseparated. Bundles must not weigh more than 12kg.If you are posting a large number of bundles, they can be lodged directly into rollcages or Unit Loading Devices (ULDs).Sequenced and un-sequenced items must be presented in separate bundles.For trays the requirements are:Items must be placed in letter trays with the delivery address and Permit<strong>Post</strong>impression facing the same way, towards the front of the tray (where the label islocated).Within each sequenced mail tray mail items must be sequenced in accordance withthe Mail Printing section of this specification.Within each un-sequenced mail tray, the mail items must be sequenced inascending postcode order where the postcode is known. Unsequenced itemswithout postcodes can be included but must be grouped after the postcode ordereditems.LabellingAll trays, roll cages and ULDs must have a <strong>New</strong> <strong>Zealand</strong> <strong>Post</strong> tray label attached.Sequenced and un-sequenced items must be presented in separate trays withseparate labelling requirements.For sequenced items the label must include:the word “ROUND” either printed, stamped or hand-writtenPUG 8h (October 2013) Page 4 of 6
