14 Lessons on The Yoga of Patanjaliwill find the person nearer. Before the Yoga-contact is madeeveryone lives in such a state of mental activity which is only areflection. The real activity of creation cannot be observed.Have a pause, a rest and a repose of the mind from this reflectedactivity. Then the mind will be able to compose itself into astate when it can find real activity.
