Azizah Mohamed Afif<br />

Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Medical Imaging);<br />

Master’s in applied science (Sonography); Master’s in Clinical<br />

Investigation<br />

I am a Senior Principal Radiographer in Singapore General<br />

Hospital, Department of Radiography and currently the<br />

Clinical Lead in Body Ultrasound where I have been working<br />

for 16 years. I am also the current Vice President for the<br />

Singapore Society of Radiographers and Deputy Director,<br />

Radiography & Nursing Research, Radiological Sciences<br />

Academic Clinical Programme, SingHealth. I graduated with a Masters of (Applied Science)<br />

Sonography from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology Melbourne Australia and also hold<br />

a Master in Clinical Investigation, from National University of Singapore. I engage in<br />

radiographers and residents training in ultrasound, and mentor Master and Bachelor<br />

radiographer student research projects. My main interests are ultrasound and radiography<br />

and I engage in collaborative research projects within the institution and with the Singapore<br />

Society of Radiographers.<br />

Dr Hussein ALMasri<br />

PhD (Doctor of Philosophy)<br />

I work as the Head of Medical Imaging Department and<br />

Assistant Dean, Faculty of Health Professions, Al-Quds<br />

University, Palestine. I wanted to contribute to this eBook<br />

because it is important to shed light on the current status of<br />

radiography practice before the <strong>COVID</strong>-<strong>19</strong> pandemic and how it changed afterwards.<br />

Additionally, the chapter discusses psychologic impacts on Palestinian radiographers, which<br />

is an important issue during stressful events. A list of publications can be reached through my<br />
