REGIONAL CLUB REPORTS
Scottish Simmental Club
Report by Richard Pettit - Secretary
Club Members have had a successful year with Shows,
and despite the driest summer for years, with many
short of grass and winter fodder prices - averages were up
for bulls in October at Stirling bull sales.
We started the year on a sad note hearing of the loss of
one of the Club’s stalwarts, Hector Macaskill, who served as
Club Chairman from 1989 to 1991.
