Q3e - for external non-staff uses I might point them in the direction of the land channel for<br />

something simple. For external staff or those operating from home who would normally<br />

have access if they were in the office they are able to access things remotely.<br />

Q3g We are not at a point where we are ready to do that, I know it will help, but the<br />

infrastructure up here for external users is no where near the quality or the extent that is<br />

experienced in other regional areas. Certainly if some of the external clients accessed some<br />

of the basic information over the internet, it may well prevent them from contacting Council in<br />

the first place.<br />
