Now they were earning $5.50 an hour. I think<br />

we dropped them a half dollar in r<strong>at</strong>e. The overall<br />

package, I think, come to something like -- they lost a<br />

little bit over $2 an hour, the overall package, the<br />

benefits, and health and welfare, and clean-up time,<br />

stuff like th<strong>at</strong>.<br />

MR. HARMON: Was <strong>this</strong> reduction in wages and<br />

benefits, was th<strong>at</strong> disc<strong>us</strong>sed with Continental Can<br />

c<strong>or</strong>p<strong>or</strong><strong>at</strong>e management?<br />

MR. RISPO: Well, see in <strong>or</strong>der to understand<br />

how it w<strong>or</strong>ks, we don't make up the pay scale. The<br />
