<strong>or</strong> <strong>this</strong> Commission may decide is obstructive, <strong>you</strong> will<br />

be subjecting <strong>you</strong>rself to all kinds of other penalties<br />

and remedies which I'm sure and <strong>you</strong>r counsel do not want<br />

to expose <strong>you</strong>rself to. So with th<strong>at</strong> -- with my thoughts<br />

in mind as I speak f<strong>or</strong> the Commission and f<strong>or</strong> Judge<br />

Kaufman whom I <strong>have</strong> been in communic<strong>at</strong>ion with, I would<br />

ask th<strong>at</strong> <strong>you</strong> respond to the question.<br />

Counsel is certainly well inf<strong>or</strong>med as to how<br />

to supply any inf<strong>or</strong>m<strong>at</strong>ion he wishes to supply. And <strong>you</strong>,<br />

of course, are free to speak outside <strong>this</strong> courtroom and<br />

outside <strong>this</strong> hearing and say wh<strong>at</strong>ever <strong>you</strong> want as an<br />

American citizen, but in <strong>this</strong> courtroom, in <strong>this</strong> hearing,<br />

<strong>you</strong> are to respond to the question.<br />
