where there was a raid by BLAST members on the TDD, a<br />

dissident group, apparently with the sanction of Jackie<br />

Presser, and it seemed to me th<strong>at</strong> the final outcome was<br />

a slap on the wrist to th<strong>at</strong> particular union. I will<br />

give <strong>you</strong> a hypothetical where there is a vote and there<br />

is some dissident members th<strong>at</strong> make a complaint to <strong>you</strong><br />

th<strong>at</strong> claim th<strong>at</strong> the ballot box was stuffed; th<strong>at</strong> there<br />

was intimid<strong>at</strong>ions and thre<strong>at</strong>s. Wh<strong>at</strong> happens if <strong>you</strong><br />

find th<strong>at</strong> th<strong>at</strong> was true? Wh<strong>at</strong> is the resoLution to<br />

th<strong>at</strong>?<br />

MR. SCHAFFLER: The only way I can answer<br />
