� SILIOS TECHNOLOGIES, a private held company created in
July 2001, specialised in micro-optical technologies. It is
a spin-off from ION BEAM SERVICES (IBS), European
leader in Ion Implantation.

� Optical micro-components: A wide range of customised

splitters, passive hybrid platforms, customised waveguide

� I3O® (Ion Implanted Integrated Optics): a patented technology
that enables the manufacturing of Planar Lightwave Circuits
(PLC).
� Free space optics: It takes advantage of the wellestablished
microelectronics technologies (photolithography, etching, layer
deposition) to process high-tech free space optical components.
