Presentation of the Company:
STEREOCARTO is a technology services company which,
since its founding in 1964, has been developing its activity
in the sectors of Cartographic Engineering, Territorial
Planning, Agronomy, Land Registers and Environment.
STEREOCARTO has been consolidated as a Spanish and
interntational company, specialized in different field of
Cartographic Engineering.
As a result of the growth and internationalisation of
STEREOCARTO, the workforce has been strengthened in
recent years and now includes many professionals with an
international profile. This technical and managerial team is
made up of specialists in the different branches of
engineering, with more than 70% having higher or
intermediate qualifications, a fact which characterises us
as a company with intensive technological knowledge and
innovation. More than 60 staff work at the head office in
Madrid.
In order to optimize the image digital production field, in
the last years STEREOCARTO has created a new
Department for Earth Observation , staffed by people with
more than 25 years of experience in processing and
applications of satellite images. These people have

The technical equipment owned by the company include
Planes for Photogrammetrics flights, Aerial Cameras,
Navigation Systems, Analogic and Digital Cameras, Lidar
Sensors, Topographic equipment, Photogrammetric
Scanners, Analytic and Digital Photogrammetric
Equipment, Ground Photogrammetric Equipment, etc. In
relation to the software the company has the necessary
resources to carry out all the stages involved in all the
processes: flight photogrammetic plan, topographic
calculation, DTM, ortophotography, digital images
processing, process and edition of digitized information etc.
STEREOCARTO has production centres in
Madrid,Romania, Brasil to provide cartographic product to
its customers from end to end with in-house resorces.
